Lead franchise sales across State, District & City levels. Generate leads, pitch franchise models, conduct calls and presentations, close deals, and support onboarding. ₹30,000/month + incentives.

Drive AYKA's regional growth strategy. Lead multiple Area Managers, own regional P&L, build franchise density, and coordinate with HQ for product campaigns.
Nurture and manage operations for local franchise partners. Monitor success metrics, run feedback loops, and assist in scaling regional setups.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate onboarding, employee relations, policy compliance, and coordination for payroll across AYKA Care.
Lead daily operational tasks, optimize cross-departmental coordination workflows, track KPIs, and improve service delivery execution.
Manage onboarding documentation, credential checks, and verification procedures for clinics, doctors, and healthcare facilities joining the network.
Build scalable backend services and REST APIs for AYKA's healthcare platform. Work with Django / FastAPI / Flask, manage MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, integrate third-party APIs, and deploy on AWS. Upto 6 LPA + 2 LPA Variable.
Develop scalable backend APIs, database schemas, and clean server-side scripts for telemedicine and partner network products.
Build AI-powered healthcare chatbots and automation systems for AYKA's ecosystem. Develop WhatsApp & web chatbots, integrate OpenAI APIs, create patient support automation, clinic CRM workflows, appointment booking systems, and scalable backend APIs. Work on multi-tenant SaaS with LangChain, RAG architecture, and VPS/AWS deployment. Long-term opportunity with performance-based growth.
Develop AI patient assistants, WhatsApp automation, lead capture, doctor CRM integrations, RAG knowledge bases, and scalable backend APIs using Python and FastAPI.
Build pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces for AYKA Care patient portal and AYKA Expert doctor dashboard using React / Vue / Next.js. Own the frontend architecture and deliver fast, accessible user experiences.
Build and maintain AYKA Care and AYKA Expert SaaS platforms. Work on patient-facing mobile app (React Native), clinic CMS (Laravel/Vue), and telemedicine infrastructure.
Design and maintain user-facing platforms and doctor CRM interfaces. Implement backend services in Python/FastAPI and integrate modern web frontends.
Design intuitive, beautiful interfaces for AYKA Care patient app and AYKA Expert doctor dashboard. Own the design system and deliver pixel-perfect, accessible mobile-first experiences.
Run performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media campaigns for AYKA Care, Expert, and Life. Drive patient and doctor acquisition through paid and organic channels.
Conduct telemedicine consultations, review patient health records, provide medical guidance, and support clinic partners on the AYKA Care & Expert SaaS platforms.
Lead overall business growth, strategic partnerships, revenue targets, and market expansion initiatives for the AYKA Care & Alliance network.
Oversee regional operations, manage regional sales and operations teams, drive franchise onboarding, and ensure growth strategy execution in your assigned territory.
